Statement
The ownership and operation rights of all electronic services on the OneTruyoueRing (hereinafter referred to as "OTR") website belong to OneTrueRing Inc. Users must fully agree to all terms of service and complete the registration process to become official users of the OTR website.
To use OTR’s services, you must read and comply with the OTR Registration Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") and the OTR Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy"). An order is established and effective when a user selects a product or service, successfully submits the order, and completes full payment.
Delivery
When an order is effective and ready for delivery, OTR will deliver the product to the shipping address specified by the user. The user must ensure that the address is within the delivery area. Any address outside the delivery area will be rejected. All delivery times listed on the OTR website are for reference only and are estimated based on inventory status, normal processing and delivery times, and the delivery location.
Termination of Service
Either the user or the OTR website may suspend one or more website services at any time depending on actual circumstances. OTR is not liable to any individual or third party for suspending services. If a user disagrees with subsequent changes to the terms or is dissatisfied with OTR’s services, they may:

Upon termination of service, the user’s right to use website services ceases immediately. From that moment, the user has no rights, and OTR has no obligation to deliver any pending information or incomplete services to the user or any third party.
Limitation of Liability
OTR is obligated to technically ensure the normal operation of the website, strive to minimize service interruptions, and ensure smooth transaction activities. However, OTR is not liable if the website crashes or cannot function properly due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control, resulting in incomplete transactions or lost information/records. Users who provide incorrect, incomplete, or false information and cause disruptions or losses bear responsibility themselves.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights related to OTR’s website services belong to OTR. No one may download, copy, transmit, adapt, edit, or disclose these materials without OTR’s consent; violators are legally responsible.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The agreement between users and OTR is governed by the laws of Nevada. All disputes will be submitted to the courts of Nevada, which have jurisdiction. If any provision of this registration agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
